Customer Success Intern

Let's Talk About Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager Intern, you will work directly with our team of customer success managers. With guidance from our Customer Success Managers, you will work on projects aimed at improving our clients overall customers experience.

 

The right candidate for our internship will be expected to know commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the software development process and rely on mentorship, instructions, and pre-established guidelines to perform the job's functions.  

 

This is preferred to be a hybrid role located at our MatrixCare headquarters in Bloomington, MN. Candidates will be asked to be available to participate in on-site team meetings.

 

This position is also open to remote candidates.

 

 Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

 

 Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2023; program dates are May 22, 2023 – August 11, 2023 OR June 12, 2023 – September 1, 2023
  • Academic studies that will lead to a Bachelor's or Master's Degree (Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology or any related field.

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Current student 
  • Customer Service work experience
  • Salesforce knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, establish/meet deadlines, and manage execution
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of personalities; maintain positive staff relationships and a healthy work environment
  • Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively in a team environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Healthcare or education background

 

Pay Range:

We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent. All Interns will be hired through our staffing provider partner and will not be a direct employee of ResMed, your Recruiter will provide more details.

 

 Summary base pay: $20/hr

 

Individual pay decisions will be made by our staffing provider partner and are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
