Human Capital Management Associate- 20085685

What you will do… 

  • Provide front desk support (e.g., answers and directs agency phone calls, answers questions, and greets visitors)
  • Utilizes the Ohio Hiring Management System to screen/compile applications, schedule interviews, close out positions and notify applicants
  • Assist with intern and seasonal employee onboarding
  • Support HR staff with administrative functions (e.g., entering position descriptions, prior service actions, and employee verifications)
  • Responds verbally & in writing to inquiries from employees & general public
  • Starting hourly pay of $21.33/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 3.5 years of service, with an end salary of $25.43/hr.
