The Washington State Ferry (WSF) a Division of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Workforce Development Lead – Engine. This position is responsible for the management of Workforce Development and Training for the WSF Engine Department. It is also responsible for all aspects of training and employee development including identifying needs or requirements, developing a fiscal training plan and budget, and maintaining records for and coordinating all training activities for an average of 400 Engine employees.
