Criminal Investigator (Special Agent) - Pathways Recent Graduate

Attention recent graduates! The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has announced a new Recent Graduates Pathways program for the entry-level Special Agent position. The announcement will be open from March 22 through April 1, 2024, or until 1,000 applications are received. 

To be eligible for the program, recent graduates must have earned a qualifying degree from a qualifying educational institution within the past two years, or will complete their degree within nine months of application. Veterans who were unable to apply within two years of receiving their degree due to military service obligation but are within six years from the date on which the requirements for their degree/academic course of study were completed are also eligible to apply.
