Procurement Resource Analyst

Essential Duties

- Responsible for updating the External SCM Website. Lead efforts to evaluate website for re-design and implement any changes.
-Support the transition of the SCM Internal Website to SharePoint. Make recommendations on content layout, assist with development of framework.
-Develop requirements for process improvements to convert manual processes to more automated processes. Make recommendations on technology options. Implement solutions.
-Make recommendations on best practices for use of technology solutions such as SharePoint, TEAMs, and OneDrive.
-Train users on new processes and technology solutions.
- Perform other duties as required.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Associate’s degree in General Education, or Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of experience and education related to the essential skills knowledge and abilities below.
- Advanced web design and development skills including but not limited to HTML knowledge.
- Strong SharePoint site design and development skills.
-Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
-Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience with analyzing business processes, developing requirements, and recommending solutions-Excellent communicator who can understand and deliver information in a clear, open, and accurate method in both an oral and written manner.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft® Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Web-based collaborative platforms (Webex and Microsoft TEAMS).

Desired skills:
-Knowledge of Drupal.
-Knowledge of Power BI.
