What the job involves:

We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Business Analysis and Performance Management to join our team. In this role, you will learn our technology solutions including our Workorder Management, our Business Intelligence and analytics tools and key areas of Performance Management tools.

As a Summer Intern in Business Analysis at JLL, you will:

• Assist in developing reports and analytics in different areas of our services.
• Assist the Performance Management team and COE (Center of Excellence) on redesign of the SharePoint/Client Portal.
• Assist the BI manager with the development of various documentation areas, such as our reporting library and workflows.
• Assist the account Technology Access Manager with the interface with IT to resolve system access or other technical issues.
• Assist the Performance Management team and COE in developing timely and accurate documentation of methods and procedures related to projects and initiatives.
• Other responsibilities related to the job directly ask by the supervisor.
• Ad-hoc inquiries as required.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in [Business, Finance, Data Management or Real Estate related disciplines.
• Strong Business Intelligence acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think and work independently.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau…)
• Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines.
• Desire to learn more about our industry.
