About the role

As a Program Manager Intern you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration between our product management, design, and engineering teams. Your mission will be to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance cross-functional communication. You’ll be the bridge connecting technical excellence with strategic product vision.

 

What you’ll do as a Program Manager Intern 

  • Project Coordination and Execution:
    • Work closely with product managers, designers, engineering leads, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.
    • Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Facilitate communication between product and engineering teams. Act as a liaison to bridge any gaps.
    • Participate in regular cross-functional meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
    • Contribute to a collaborative environment where ideas flow freely and decisions are made collectively.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Support the Product team in implementing best practices, agile methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency.
    • Promote process standardization across teams.
