Training Specialist

This position, located in CSL Plasma's Union, SC manufacturing plant is responsible for administering and managing a wide range of learning and development activities to ensure initiatives are consistent and aligned with corporate goals, culture, and business results.

You will report to the Manager, Quality Assurance.  This is NOT a remote position.  

• Facilitate learning by diverse audiences
• Lead the training activities in a cross-functional work environment
• Develop training manuals, reference tools, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
• Develop, design and manage appropriate curricula and on-the-job training (OJTs)
• Ensure that all employees throughout CSL are trained in accordance with established and regulatory standards
• Ability to facilitate learning by diverse audiences
• Lead the training activities in a cross-functional work environment
• Track training records and monitor employee training results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry), or equivalent
• 3 years+ training experience preferably in a manufacturing or pharma environment
• Strong presentation skills to include oral and written communications
• Must be a self-starter with strategic vision and able to function as the Training SME for the plant
• LMS experience
