Key Responsibilities
The ideal Operations and Analytics Intern candidate must be able to assist execution in:
- Perform in-depth analysis on large sets of data and information.
- Work with various departments across Golf, Diamond Sports and Marketing to improve Rapsodo's data accuracy and reporting.
- Test and prepare our returned baseball/softball and golf units for refurbishment.
- Assist with the creation of orders and invoices for the Golf and Diamond Sports Sales teams.
- Support inbound and outbound shipping for St. Louis office and warehouse.
Requirements
Experience/Skills required:
- Self-motivated worker who thrives in a small business environment
- Able to physically test our baseball/softball and golf products
- Excellent people/communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret large sets of data
- Detail oriented individual that is able to quickly learn key operational processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Sports industry experience preferred; passion for sports required
