Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program
Designed to assist current college students, the Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program (BDCP) will provide $3,000 - $4,000 per month, and you will receive full medical / dental benefits at no cost. Following graduation, you will attend Officer Candidate School and begin your Navy journey as a Commissioned Officer.
What Are The BDCP’s Application Requirements?
The BDCP welcomes a wide range of applicants—from civilians to enlisted Navy Reserve Sailors and those inactive in other branches. To apply, you must:
- Be at least 19 years old
- Be enrolled or accepted at a four-year accredited college or university with no NROTC Program
- Be a full-time student
- Have completed 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours
- Maintain at least a 2.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Meet the Navy’s physical requirements
