Hybrid Support Counselor - Fairfield

Are you passionate about helping children and families navigate mental health challenges? Join the dedicated team at Seneca's Kaiser Wrap program!

The Support Counselor is a crucial part of the multi-disciplinary team as you will aim to identify the underlying causes of the behavior and ensure the timely completion of documentation. You will be responsible providing behavioral coaching, skill building, crisis intervention, and counseling services to clients and their guardians. As a Support Counselor on our team, you will deliver child and family focused and strength-based services in-person within the community (Fairfield) while other work can be completed remotely.

This Kaiser Wraparound Program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca Family of Agencies, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization).

Seneca Family of Agencies is committed to providing traditionally marginalized communities a network of outstanding mental health, community based, and educational services. We are committed to building a diverse staff and strongly encourages people of color to apply.
