Agency Administrative Coordinator (Account + Production Services)

General Responsibilities

  • Share information and project updates to the appropriate producer and/or executives
  • Act as liaison and “go to” between account executives and producers
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, video calls, etc.
  • Manage daily calendars
  • Prepare and track expense reports
  • Online file management and organization
  • Proof various projects including scripts, emails, templates, presentations, communication plans s
  • Oversee and manage calendar of all client events, meetings and media delivery dates
  • Take notes in meetings to share with team
  • Coordinate travel including booking team flights and hotel accommodations

 

You’ll be the right fit for this role if you are a: 

  • College Graduate able to begin work 5/6/24
  • Highly organized, responsible and proactive
  • Strong, clear communicator
  • Ability to multitask and manage varying tasks successfully
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online Project Management Tools
  • Must be a quick thinker and problem solver
  • Able to work in front facing role with corporate clients
  • Able to easily present ideas with confidence
  • Must be located in NYC area
  • Knowledge of basic production principles and skills
