Litigation Paralegal/Law Clerk

Martin, Magnuson, McCarthy & Kenney seeks a Litigation Paralegal/Law Clerk to assist with the defense of complex medical malpractice cases in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have superior collegiate academics, at least one year of litigation or law school experience, and/or a paralegal certificate.  Prior experience reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical records is a plus. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, researching medical and legal issues, obtaining and summarizing medical records, and assisting with depositions and trials.
