US Army Reserves - Cyber Operations Specialist (17C) - USAR Cyber Operations Battalion - Indianapolis, Indiana

Work one weekend a month, two weeks a year over the summer in the Army Reserves. The USAR Cyber Operations Battalion - Indianapolis, Indiana has multiple vacancies for an entry level Cyber Operations Specialist. You do not require prior training or experience in this career field in order to qualify for this position. If you qualify, you will be given a date to attend the 10 week Basic training followed by the 45 week Advanced Individual Training (AIT). You would receive full time Army pay and Benefits while attending training. 78 Nationally Recognized Certifications are available with this training.

As a Cyber Operations Specialist, you’ll use your cyber security skills to defend the Army’s crucial and complex weapons systems, which include satellites, navigation, and aviation systems against both foreign and domestic cyber threats. You’ll respond to adversary attacks, while enabling commanders to gain an advantage in cyberspace by targeting adversary activities and capabilities.
