Data Analyst VISTA

The Data Analyst VISTA will leverage data analysis and insights to drive data-informed decision-making, improve program effectiveness, and contribute to the organization's mission of addressing poverty and making a positive impact in low-income communities. By collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, the VISTA member aims to support program development, enhance program evaluation efforts, and contribute to data strategy and process improvement. Ultimately, the goal is to utilize data to empower the organization in achieving its objectives, optimizing its services, and positively impacting the lives of individuals and communities facing economic challenges.

The Data Analyst VISTA will utilize statistical techniques and data mining methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large data sets. Lead in designing and implementing data collection methodologies and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness. Lead existing data collection efforts, lead in the organization of data, research training, webinars, and development of partnerships with organizations that work to educate, provide informational guidance, and/or training.
