Policy Assembly Specialist

Policy Assembly Specialist

American National is seeking a full-time, Policy Assembly Specialist team member. To be successful in this position you should enjoy detailed, routine processes, as you will prepare, thoroughly review, and conduct quality assurance on all Life and Annuity new business contracts.

 

Placement Location(s): Springfield, MO.

 

What will you do:

  • Independently review all Life and Annuity New Business policy prints for quality, legibility, accuracy, and imaging requirements, following up with appropriate Case Managers if errors are noted
  • Assemble policy and mail as directed
  • Adhere to specific mailing instructions and requirements
  • Analyze backlog report for any work items requiring processing or close out

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to type, input data, follow processes in a routine manner, and engage with appropriate parties as-needed
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Outlook (BPM. PolicyLink, and Insight beneficial/Not required)
  • Ability to multi-task and work under processing deadlines
