Job Summary 

At Goosehead, we thrive when our people thrive. We’re currently looking for an executive coordinator to support regular office operations and be a liaison between the executive team and administration team. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organization skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Executive wing coordination for lunches, office area, and storage maintenance etc. 
  • Manage and route phone calls appropriately 
  • Process and report on office expenses 
  • Distribute incoming mail for executive team 
  • Manage and order office supplies 
  • Make travel arrangements for executives 
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems 
  • Assist with additional on demand tasks assigned by leadership 

Experience and Education 

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • High-quality candidate with strong work ethic 
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel) 
  • Familiarity with office equipment 
  • Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
