The Role

Are you new to the workforce and looking to gain insight into the workings of multiple teams in tech? Are you detail-oriented and do you have a predisposition for problem solving? If yes, then our Operations Associate position is the role for you. 

Lastmile Retail is an industry leading provider of online to offline local marketing solutions. We are looking for an Operations Associate to support across our Account Management, Product and Paid Media teams. This role will expose you to the work of multiple teams and is an excellent position for those looking to determine their ideal career path with guidance and mentorship from seasoned team members. 

This role will be a hybrid role. Lastmile Retail is a remote company with a Manhattan office. As this role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career, it is important that while you are training and learning, you have in person touch points with our team in the New York office and go in several days a week. As you progress in your career with Lastmile Retail, this hybrid requirement will be lessened and you can feel free to work from home. The majority of our team, including leadership, work remotely.   
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Operational support across Lastmile’s Account Management, Product and Paid Media teams
• Responding in a timely and professional manner to clients
• Working with third party support teams to resolve client issues
• Comfort learning and utilizing Lastmile’s product
