Summer Residence Advisor

Boston Leadership Institute Residence Advisors live on campus with our students to maintain a safe, enjoyable, and smoothly run environment. RAs organize on-campus activities, supervise casual student gatherings, and chaperone outings. 

RAs must responsibly take attendance multiple times per day. 

This is an excellent position for students who have been camp counselors or who are looking to pursue careers in education. 

RAs report to the Site Director, who ensures that every task is assigned and completed. 

Programs begin mid-June and run through mid-August. Positions can last from one to six weeks. 

Any experience working with teens is highly relevant!
