Molari Employment and HealthCare Services offers a paid summer internship for college students, focusing on enhancing communication, organizational, and customer service skills through engagement with candidates and clients across our employment and home healthcare divisions.

Rooted in our commitment to the community, we play a vital role in empowering and employing individuals, supporting businesses, and providing essential services to the elderly. Headquartered in Pittsfield, MA, we have 11 in-house employees who run the day-to-day operations to serve our clients, candidates, and employees.

The Opportunity

This role encompasses a range of responsibilities across our employment and home healthcare divisions, as well as general company support. Responsibilities include reactivating and re-engaging our candidate pools for open positions, updating databases, and assisting with social media marketing. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide frontline support by handling telephone inquiries, assisting with candidate placement, and even experiencing temporary job assignments in the field. You will gain hands-on experience while learning about industry operations and our company’s mission of Putting People First. This internship provides valuable insights, practical skills, and networking opportunities, equipping you for future career success.

Requirement: The intern must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. You must also have reliable transportation to our office in Pittsfield, MA.
