Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Data Analyst with a proven track record of 8 years in data analysis, ready to bring their expertise to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights. This role requires a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of influencing decision-making processes and driving data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive data analysis and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
  • Lead the extraction, cleaning, and validation of data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and statistical methods to analyze data, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to provide insights and analytics that support business objectives.
  • Guide and mentor junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and analytics practices, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and techniques.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a data analysis role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
