Personal Injury Legal Intern

Since 1999, The Law Offices of Eric A. Shore, P.C. have helped thousands of disabled, injured and wrongfully terminated workers throughout the United States. We represent disabled workers nationwide in their applications for Social Security, Long Term Disability and VA Disability. In PA and NJ we also litigate workers’ compensation, personal injury and a large variety of employment and labor disputes.

We are proud to offer a specialized internship program for a Personal Injury Legal Intern, designed to provide transformative opportunities to a select group of students. This program adheres to the highest standards set by NACE, ensuring an enriching educational experience that allows interns to contribute significantly to the real-world scenarios of our clients. Participants will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our experienced attorneys and paralegals, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the personal injury legal sphere.

As a Personal Injury Legal Intern, you will be directly involved in the inner workings of the legal process, operating under the guidance of our seasoned attorneys and paralegals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting demand letters in personal injury cases
  • Attending and observing personal injury hearings
  • Preparing legal documentation specific to personal injury matters
  • Engaging in client communications related to personal injury cases
  • Tackling additional tasks as assigned, relevant to personal injury law.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Student must be seeking academic credit for the internship
  • Currently enrolled in a college, university, or law school
  • Permission from school to participate in the internship program
  • GPA of 3.5 or above (GPA must be on resume)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Internship start date and end date are flexible. We offer virtual, hybrid, and on-site internships. We offer full or part-time internships for the summer.

Chrome books can be provided to those with technological barriers.
