Under direct supervision of the Assistant Budget Director, or Budget Director, the Student Assistant will assist with the analysis and research required to update and complete various tracking documents such as the Department Wide Projection Tracking, Work Projects, Project tracking and Contractor spend.  

Student will retrieve and enter financial information and assist in the maintenance of the division databases.  

The position will also assist in various administrative support activities as well. 

Student will perform special projects, as needed.
