About the Position:

Under the direction of a Staff Services Manager 1 Workforce Planning & Recruitment the Associate Government Program Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing, a facilitating recruitment and workforce planning efforts. The AGPA is responsible for providing oversight and direction for a variety of efforts with regards to recruitment and Workforce planning such as facilitating and directing job fairs, implementing outreach efforts, guiding social media vehicles for effective sourcing and recruitment.
