The Submarine Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the submarine’s daily tour operations and associated responsibilities. This position provides superior customer service to OMSI’s guests, and onsite leadership for the submarine staff. Under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing and Retail, the position provides support in key operational and administrative areas of department management, including but not limited to the training and scheduling of volunteer and paid staff tour guides, supervision of submarine programs and events, coordination of submarine activities with other museum departments, and maintenance of submarine reports and logs.

Position is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: 

• 2 weeks of vacation per year with no waiting period. Hours carry over year to year up to 200 hours.
• 2 weeks of sick time per year with no waiting period. Hours carry over year to year up to 520 hours.
