Salary:

• $60,000-80,800
• Certified Teacher Pay

Work Duration:

• 9 Months
• 183 Days
• 7.5 Hours/Day

Responsibilities:

• Setting rigorous yet appropriate learning outcomes
• Establishing supportive relationships with students
• Engaging students in meaningful, real world discussions and learning activities
• Developing authentic and aligned assessments to measure student growth and inform instructional decisions
• Collaboratively work with team members to fulfill the school's mission, vision and beliefs.
• Serve as an ambassador of St. Charles Parish Public Schools through all forms of professional communication.

Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
• Possess a Louisiana teaching certificate Type “A,” “B,” or “C,”  - or- Level 1, 2 or 3 in Secondary Chemistry
