We want to make the most of your time with us. So while we’re excited to have your helping hand to pitch in where and when we need it-- we also want to ensure this is a genuinely interesting and enriching experience for you!

We want you to get exposure to all aspects of the business. Not just shadowing our teams while they do the work-- but actually contributing your sharp thinking and ideas to the work we do!

Here’s a taste of what we have in store for you…

  • A series of sessions with different members of our team: This will give you a chance to hear from different perspectives on our team as well as to 'deep dive’ into some key areas of our work-- including innovation, creative development, brand positioning and more.
  • Supporting a variety of teams and projects: You’ll get a first-hand view of the variety of projects we get involved in. We’ll do our best to get you involved in projects early on, so you can experience the full life-cycle of what we do. If there are projects you’re particularly interested in (e.g. you have a lot of heart for the topic), let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
  • Trend research and reporting: Based on our business needs and your areas of interest, we’ll identify a few topic areas for you to conduct trend hunting and reporting.
    • This will involve you doing some desk research, maybe visiting stores, and sharing any interesting trends and themes.
    • You will do the research, identify themes, and prepare a presentation.

What we expect from you:

  • A positive and open attitude
  • Be proactive: let us know if you’ve got some free time on your hands, if there’s something that needs to be done-- jump into it
  • Be honest: let us know if anything is unclear, confusing, or if you’re feeling overwhelmed by anything
  • Share your ideas: we’re all about new ideas, so don’t be afraid to suggest an alternative way of looking at or doing things-- we promise, we want to hear it
