CBHI Clinical Director

Overview

*Salary: $80,000*

 

Family Continuity is seeking a Clinical Director to provide leadership and clinical guidance to our growing Children's Behavioral Health Initiative team in Worcester. The Clinical Director will manage the administrative and clinical functions of two CBHI service lines: In Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring. We support families in navigating a wide range of issues, including trauma, complex family systems, and substance use. The right candidate is passionate about supporting children and families, and developing staff.

 

This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days remote. You will be joining our energetic and knowledgeable Leadership Team, with many opportunities for collaboration and support. Our team of clinicians and paraprofessional staff is caring, creative, and dedicated.

Minimum Education Required

Master's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clinical and operational delivery of services.
  • Provide focused leadership, support, and supervision to program staff. Ensure that all program line staff receive documented, regular supervision.
  • Manage contracts, including regulatory requirements, relationships, outcomes, and coordination of billing.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming, trauma informed, culturally sensitive environment and treatment approach.
  • Facilitate team meetings and trainings, in collaboration with the CBHI Leadership Team.
  • Provide on call support and guidance to clinicians as needed during emergencies.eywords: Clinician

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in clinical mental health and independent licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD).
  • Minimum of three years of experience in providing clinical services to children and families. 
  • Minimum of one year of experience in providing clinical supervision to staff. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. 
  • High energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a team atmosphere.

  • Must have valid driver’s license and access to a car. 
  • Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
