Property and Acquisition Specialist 4

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking to fill a Property and Acquisition Specialist 4 (PAS4) role in Tumwater, WA. This position reviews, coordinates, and concludes Property Management transactions on WSDOT-owned properties primarily related to leasing and property disposals. The top candidate will play an integral role in working with the Regions, the Attorney General’s Office, and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) to ensure Property Management functions are being completed and in compliance with Federal and State rules.
