Technical Developer/Analyst

Title: Developer/Analyst  
Location: NY, IL, or CA 

Responsibilities:  

• Strategize and Measure:  
  • Analyze data to define and track key performance indicators to inform data-driven decision-making. 
• Solve Business Challenges:  
  • Solve complex problems by applying analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights. 
• Build Custom Solutions:  
  • Design and develop a tailored reporting solution using Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, REST queries, coding/low-coding tools, and automation concepts to streamline decision-making and optimize processes. 
• Enhance Decision-Making:  
  • Create compelling data visualizations to communicate findings, drive insights, and support effective strategies. 

Required Skills:  

• Experience with Python, JavaScript
• Experience with PostgreSQL and REST queries preferred

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off,  medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
