Content Production Coordinator

DESCRIPTION:

We are Girlilla Marketing: a female-led digital marketing agency established in 2008 and based in Nashville, Tennessee. Our job is to elevate & market brands online.

Girlilla Marketing is looking for a Content Production Coordinator to join our Nashville, Tennessee team. The coordinator will serve as a member of the creative department and will be responsible for creating content for digital use across the company’s roster of music & talent clients. This person is capable of producing, capturing and editing video footage and assisting in the creation of motion graphics and static assets. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to capture, edit, and deliver both short and medium-format videos with a professional camera and iPhone for use across social media and other digital platforms.
  • Experience editing video footage in Adobe Premiere and Capcut.
  • Experience creating static assets in Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of the digital media space and standard assets for each platform including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator who works well on a content shoot as well as behind a computer. Proactive and well-organized with the ability to act as a team player and self-starter.
  • Able to adapt to each client’s unique aesthetic and brand.
  • Capable of multitasking on several projects at once and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Experience creating motion graphics in Adobe After Effects is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Capture, edit, and deliver assets to the proper specifications, ensuring that all components are correctly licensed.
  • Research and brainstorm ideas for the full roster of clients in the event there’s an opportunity to provide additional value to a current campaign.
  • Work closely with the team lead to ensure the provided content is meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Consistently research and implement new creative trends on social media and beyond; communicate those ideas to the team, and learn the skills needed to deliver on the concepts.

SALARY: 

  • Starting at $40,000 annually
