POSITION SUMMARY:

 The Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is an in-store brand representative responsible for attending to customer and brand needs on the retail level. 

 

POSITION TITLE:  Part-Time Retail Sales Associate


DIRECT REPORT:  Retail Store Manager and Director of Retail & CX



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide the highest level of customer service by creating a welcoming and helpful buying  experience in-store.
  • Meet and exceed daily sales targets.
  • Develop customer relationships and maintain consistent communication with customers about new collections and in-store events or promotions.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of how to style jewelry to create a complete STONE AND STRAND look.
  • Resolve any customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in any operational tasks, including merchandising and general store upkeep.
  • Represent the brand professionally and in line with company standards. 


 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be available to work weekends

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail with knowledge of fine jewelry.
  • Energetic and highly motivated, able to work at a very fast pace
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Maintain a keen interest in the jewelry and fashion trends.

 

SCHEDULE:

  • Hours will be around 16-28 hours per week.
  • Must be available to work weekends (both Saturday and Sunday).
  • In addition to weekends, available to work Monday, Thursdays or Fridays preferred. 
     

COMPENSATION:

  • $20 - $24/hour, depending on experience
