Effectively manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Charity Engine, to track and compile data on outcomes as needed for grant applications, reports, billing, fundraising campaigns, etc. Assist with ensuring accurate amounts are charged to our partner organizations for billing purposes based on client information and staff time collected in Charity Engine to streamline the organization’s financial management process. Manage the business processes of CareerCatchers to enable the organization to efficiently assist a growing number of clients. Maximize the capabilities of Charity Engine by determining the best ways to uncover useful indicators that can be used to monitor or improve performance.
