The ideal candidate should be passionate about entertainment, marketing, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and open to working in a fast-paced environment. The individual should be flexible, highly organized, have experience in Microsoft Office and social media. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Research and spearhead outreach to community partners that correlate to each show or market that could assist us in the promotion of our events (Mommy Bloggers, Coffee Shops, Bookstores, etc).
  • Review creative material by helping our marketing managers review materials for different tours to catch any mistakes with localized information and to help keep the tour’s integrity.  This includes but is not limited to: Brochures, Eblasts, Social Images, Flyers, etc
  • Create Broadway season show's Facebook events.
  • Write and schedule Broadway season's organic social copy (templates provided).
  • Come up with ideas for tag lines for season ticket campaigns/social posts.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy

 

Job Type: Fully in office (no remote work), 20 hours weekly (5 hours per day, Mon-Thurs) 

Benefits: Paid Internship ($15/hr), hands on experience in the entertainment industry, course credit.
