This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

This position is for a June 2024 start. 

 

About The Team 

The position is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations related to Hardware Security Module (HSM) management and Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements.  This position serves as a liaison between Information Security, the Chief Information Office, and FIS Business Units to ensure compliance with the FIS Encryption Policy as well as related PCI requirements.  The primary responsibilities of this position include oversight and organization of HSM administration functions and payment card key management ceremonies (e.g. key generation, translation, loading, destruction) and other encryption program related activities (e.g. developing schedules, driving timelines, and resource management). 

 

What You Will Be Doing 

  • Provide HSM administration oversight to include device configuration, Local Master Key management, and decommissioning services.
  • Oversee key management services such as key receipt and translation, logging, key generation, and key distribution in alignment with PCI PIN, P2PE, and other Payment Card Network requirements.
  • Works directly with Business Units to organize and facilitate key management functions for clients and partners.
  • Acts as a liaison between FIS Business Units and HSM vendors and resellers. 
  • Maintains dashboards to track encryption key lifecycles.
  • Ensures resource (Key management and HSM custodial personal) allocation and availability to maintain on-going support under the principles of dual control and split knowledge.
  • Serves as a Business Unit point of contact to support the HSM and Key Management group functions.

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team 

 

Bonus If You Have 

  • Knowledge of Hardware Security Module administration or management.
  • Knowledge of Payment Card Industry Requirements such as PIN, DSS, and P2PE.
  • Knowledge of security technologies (encryption, data protection, design, privilege access, etc.)
  • Proficiency in time management, communications, decision making, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in planning, reporting, establishing goals and objectives, standards, priorities and schedules.
  • Basic to intermediate decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Basic to intermediate verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and/or clients
