Business Operations Administrator III (JR-0000785)

Responsibilities

The Business Operations Administrator III will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Accounting Manager and will provide support to junior level Accounts Payable staff.  This position will monitor open purchase orders, vendor invoices, receiving and payment processing workflows, ensuring compliance with Corporate policies. The Business Operations Administrator III will be responsible for approving supplier invoices for payment in Workday and will be the point person and liaison with program and vendors to aid in resolving issues.

 

Minimum Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of related experience OR an Associate's degree and four years of related experience OR six years of related experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

Previous experience with Accounts Payable including purchase orders, invoices, vendor interaction, processing payments and generating checks. Previous experience with Workday, Microsoft Office suite, including Adobe Pro, Excel and Word. 

 

Conditions of Employment

Management/Confidential position. 

Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

This position requires that the incumbent will report to the official work location and live within commuting distance to the official work location. Telecommuting will be available.
