Overview:

The Administrative Legal Intern/Co-Op is responsible for updating and organizing our contract database, executing agreements, assisting in project tasks, and working with numerous departments to ensure accuracy on reports.

The position works with his/her/their assigned manager to run reports, and send, and organize agreements. This internship or Co-Op has an estimated timeframe of 3 months with the potential to extend.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support by updating the contract database, creating database records, and organizing archival records.
  • Research and file documents including agreements, purchase orders, and other contracts.
  • Support with reporting renewal and expiration dates.
  • Work closely with departments to ensure database and reports are accurate.
  • Assist the Law & Compliance Department with special projects.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing/or having obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-orientated with a high level of organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

The role requires a Background Screen which includes, but is not limited to, the following: criminal screen, education verification (confirmed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school) and review of Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 3 moving violations in the last 5 years permitted.
