Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Technician Careers

MaineHealth is hiring Medical Technologists/Medical Lab Technicians for a variety of positions to join our NorDx care teams in Maine and New Hampshire! Well qualified candidates with less than 2 years of experience are eligible to receive a $7,500 sign on bonus! While candidates with more than 2 years of experience are eligible to receive a $15,000 sign on bonus.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science required.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or as a Categorical Technologist (e.g., C, H, MB, BB, M) by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, AMT) required within six months of start date.
  3. Experience: N/A
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: May be asked to work at other sites/locations as needed.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
