Employment Litigation Associate

Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is a national law firm focused on complex civil litigation. 

The Firm seeks an Associate with two (2) to six (6) years of experience to join the Employment Practice Group, Faruqi & Faruqi Manhattan office.  The Group specializes in litigating discrimination/retaliation cases, as well as wage and hour class and collective actions.  The Associate will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and various motions, respond to discovery demands, and assist senior associates and partners with all aspects of employment litigation.  

Must Have Qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited Law School. Admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Strong research and writing skills are required. Only resumes with GPAs will be considered.  

Base compensation ranges from $135,000 to $165,000, commensurate with experience.
