Your key duties
- Contribute to the progression and delivery of structural engineering projects
- Undertake detailed structural engineering analysis, design and calculations
- Participate in project meetings
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications
- Plan and manage documentation of design work
- Contribute to structural embodied carbon assessments
- Assist in oversight of projects in construction
Your skills and experience
- Master’s degree in Structural, Civil or Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on Structures
- Coursework in structural analysis, advanced steel design, advanced reinforced concrete design and earthquake engineering
- Structural project design experience via prior internship and/or coursework projects.
- Familiarity with Revit and 3D modelling (Rhino, SketchUp, etc)
- Interest and/or experience in visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper), coding (Python, C#), and open source coding projects is a plus
- Internship experience at engineering related firm preferred
- Interest in the built environment
- Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
What we offer
- Salary range of $77,000 to $80,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
