Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding the impact and reach of POWER CHANGES LIVES. This position is remote, offering flexibility while requiring a high degree of self-discipline and motivation. The individual will spearhead efforts to establish and maintain strategic partnerships, ensuring the ongoing success and growth of the POWER Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.  Strategic Planning & Development:
▪  Develop and implement business development strategies to increase engagement with stakeholders and community partners. Identify opportunities for program expansion and service diversification.
2.  Partnership Building:
▪  Cultivate relationships with potential partners, including corporations, foundations, and government entities. Negotiate and formalize collaborative efforts to support and enhance POWER CHANGES LIVES initiatives.
3.  Fundraising & Grant Acquisition:
▪  Lead efforts to identify funding opportunities through grants, donations, and sponsorships. Write compelling proposals and grant applications to secure financial resources.
4.  Community Engagement:
▪  Engage with community leaders, organizations, and influencers to promote the organization’s mission. Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness and foster goodwill.
5.  Program Oversight & Management:
▪  Oversee the implementation and administration of POWER Programs. Ensure that all activities align with the organization’s mission and goals while meeting compliance and reporting standards.
6.  Analytics & Reporting:
▪  Track and analyze data related to program outcomes and business development activities. Provide regular reports to the executive team on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
