JNP Coffee is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant for 20 hours a week to provide essential support to our team. This is a part-time, in-person role in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Reliable transportation is essential, as the office is not accessible by public transit, and occasional errands such as trips to the post office or bank are required.

Key Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations and perform various administrative duties. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Managing in office operations such as coordinating shipments, preparing and sending samples, and managing inventory.
- Drafting, reviewing, and sending documentation such as delivery orders and contracts.
- Learn and execute processes for preparing and shipping product samples, ensuring cost-efficient methods for global delivery.
- Conducting data entry, research, and database updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the creation and distribution of reports for internal or external stakeholders.
- Supporting customer and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics coordination.
- Interest in [relevant field, e.g., coffee, supply chain, education].
