Overview:
We are seeking motivated and talented engineering students to join our team as an intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges, whether in design or in construction. You will work alongside experienced engineering, construction, and project management professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contributing to meaningful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Assistance: Contribute to ongoing projects by performing research, calculations, and design work.
- Project Support: Assist project managers in various tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Learning and Development: Actively seek out opportunities to learn new skills and technologies.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse team of engineers and other professionals.
- Document Control: Manage project documentation, including plans, specifications, and change orders.
- Cost Control: Assist in tracking project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and preparing cost reports.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in developing project schedules, identifying critical path activities, and tracking project progress.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with project team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Residence: Please note you must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area during the internship period. SF/Bay Area includes nine counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma.
Education: Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be currently enrolled in and attending college at the time of applying for the program. Those who have graduated from college within six months prior to the start of the program are also eligible to apply. (Latest graduation December 2024)
