The Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth (CTY) is seeking Resident Assistants/Camp Counselors for our summer 2025 on-campus program. CTY offers the brightest young minds a stimulating environment that combines fun, challenging courses with a vibrant community of like-minded peers. Our mission is to provide these young scholars with a solid foundation for future success in their academic and career pursuits.

CTY is currently seeking staff for the boys' dorm. Due to the nature of the role, male candidates may be preferred.

Current openings are to support CTY students at residential sites along the east and west coasts.

• Resident Assistant: Assists in creating a community that encourages and supports intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a joy for learning; ensures the physical and emotional safety of students; and develops a fun, dynamic, and engaging activities program. Salary: $2,090 per session
