Recruitment Fellow - January 2026 Start
The Recruitment Fellow will join the Recruitment team to actively engage in the lead-to-new-hire process, helping us find the right people for the right roles. You will play a key role in attracting candidates, evaluating skills, and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates. A Recruitment Fellow is someone who is passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving organizational growth, and helping people develop successful careers.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out overall recruiting strategy as given by the Director of Recruitment and promote JAARS brand and messaging.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the assessment and selection process.
- Pray regularly for candidate leads and provide mentorship and discipleship opportunities when possible.
- Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all information for your caseload in Salesforce.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments at JAARS to understand and represent their needs well.
- Remain active with specific job boards and platforms for finding quality candidates and post job descriptions and announcements on those platforms.
- Attend recruiting events as a representative of JAARS as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

- Majors include Hospitality Management, Communications, Business, and Psychology
- Strong organizational skills

- Willing to travel
