Teaching Fellow

The Teaching Fellow at an independent school in Marin County, CA. This is a full-time, academic-year position reporting to the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, starting July 1, 2025. This one-year fellowship, with a possible second-year renewal, aims to promote racial and cultural diversity in education by supporting recent graduates from HBCUs. Fellows will observe and team-teach under a mentor, develop elective courses, advise students, and gain administrative experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting DEI initiatives, coaching, or advising student organizations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with high school students in an independent school setting. Salary is $65,000 with a housing option.
