Production Assistant (Seasonal, 40-50 hours per week, mid-May to mid-September)
Work Schedule: Dependent upon show schedule
Position Location: 100% On-site
Pay Rate: $21.65/hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The onsite contact to coordinate all catering, hospitality, and ground transportation needs for artists and touring personnel
- Communicates directly with touring artist production teams to advance catering, transportation, and hospitality needs
- Coordinates daily catering needs with catering vendor
- Assists Hospitality Staff in fulfilling hospitality riders for dressing room setups
- Assists Manager of Artist Services in coordinating private artist transportation when necessary
- Assists Manager of Artist Services in taking extreme care of the overall artist experience
- Attends to artists and touring personnel with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Recommends creative ideas to improve certain artistic experiences
- Assists in routine upkeep of backstage amenities
- Helps to supervise Runners and Hospitality Staff
- Generate schedules for Runners and Hospitality Staff.
- Attend and present pertinent information at weekly production meetings.
- Provide support for auxiliary activities:
- VIP Programs
- Artist Meet and Greets
- Assist venue staff with general non-production-related duties, such as answering phones, making copies, posting signs and database management
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Prior concert experience preferred.
- Must have a customer-service oriented mindset and maintain a demeanor of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, detail-oriented, and computer efficiency.
- Must be available 40-50 hours a week from May-September.
- Including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
