Marketing & Community Intern (Part-time & Full-time)

11+ is a next-generation football (soccer) fan engagement platform, co-founded by Stanford and Harvard alumni with a prior $200M exit. It is designed to revolutionize how supporters interact with their favorite teams and players through gamified experiences, digital collectibles, and real-time in-app fan interactions.
Qualification
We are seeking interns who are:
- Passion for football, especially European leagues such as Premier League, La Liga, etc.
- Fluent in English (Native or near-native level)
- Familiar with platforms like Reddit, Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, and other social platforms used in English-speaking countries
- Strong communication and content creation skills (text/meme/video)
- Understanding of Gen Z internet culture, meme culture, and fan behavior
- Creative thinker with a self-starter mindset
- Interest or experience in marketing, community growth, or user acquisition
- Bonus: Knowledge or interest in Web3, crypto, or NFT communities
What You’ll Get & How You’ll Work
- Monthly stipend
- Internship period: 3 to 12 months
- Primarily remote (with weekly online meet-ups)
- Option to work in our international offices in Singapore and Seoul
- Primarily full-time internship
- In case of part-time, you have to commit 20 hours per week
- Potential to transition into a long-term role (full-time regular position)

What You’ll Do (Your Role)
As a Marketing & Community Intern at 11+, you’ll play a key role in introducing our football universe to fans across English-speaking countries. Your responsibilities may include:
- Lead marketing efforts across Reddit, Discord, Twitter/X, and Instagram
- Engage with football communities and seed 11+ into relevant conversations
- Create English-language content such as memes, posts, short videos, and fan-targeted copy
- Support user acquisition strategies, including campaigns and referral programs
- Propose creative ideas for viral growth, influencer engagement, and cultural relevance
- Collaborate with our product & engineering team help shape product and community features
