Ukii, a US-based startup selling cool, unique designer products, is hiring 2-3 marketing people to help us grow! If you're ready to make a big impact, this is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Influencer Marketing- Find relevant influencers, reach out, negotiate, and track results.
- Email Marketing-Develop email marketing strategies for partnerships and exposure.
- Content Creation-Generate creative content ideas (scripts, storyboards) to boost traffic.
- Social Media Advertising-Create and test social media ads, tracking their performance.
- Marketing Exploration-Explore and implement new marketing ideas that work!
- Community Management – Engaing with the community and lead various activities.
Compensation:
- Startup with limited initial base pay.
- Strong bonus from the sales (where the real money is)
- Potential for management roles & equity based on your success.
Must-Haves:
- Being able to work 50 hours+ per week
- Looking for a long-term opportunity (not just a summer gig).
- Proficient in using various tools for marketing and productivity.
