Job Title: High School Bloomberg Finance Instructor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic instructor to develop and teach a high school course utilizing the Bloomberg Terminal. This course will introduce students to financial markets, investment strategies, economic analysis, and data-driven decision-making using Bloomberg's industry-leading software. The instructor will be responsible for designing the curriculum, delivering engaging lessons, and preparing students for Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with educational standards and integrates Bloomberg Terminal functions into lessons on financial markets, equities, fixed income, commodities, and economic indicators.
  • Provide hands-on instruction to help students navigate and analyze real-time financial data.
  • Design projects and case studies that simulate real-world financial decision-making.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Foster critical thinking, financial literacy, and career readiness skills among students.
  • Stay updated on financial trends and integrate current market developments into instruction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • Experience with Bloomberg Terminal or other financial data platforms.
  • Teaching experience preferred, but industry professionals with a passion for education are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong curriculum development, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification.
  • Experience in financial markets, banking, or investment analysis.
  • Familiarity with high school education standards and instructional design.
